Ordering from Candent is made even easier by our new online web store, but we will always accept traditional orders by phone and fax.
We accept institutional, government and private orders.

Payment Options
We accept major Credit Cards including VISA, Mastercard and American Express
Personal cheques will be cleared prior to shipment of merchandise
Accredited Institutions, Hospitals and approved private clinics will be granted 30 day payment terms upon evaluation of account status.
Taxes and other Charges
Taxes are not shown in the prices of our store. Taxes are calculated and added when you are ready to checkout from our store, with the items you wish to puchase.
Taxes differ from Province to Province and are calculated based on the rates specific to the province that you provide in your shipping and billing address.
Taxes are calculated as follows:
Ontario residents pay 13% GST & PST
Maritime Province residents (excl. PEI) pay 13HST
Residents of all other provinces pay 5% GST
Shipping Policies
We ship our products worldwide and have customers on 4 continents.
Items at Candent are typically in stock, but in the event that we are out of stock, or a custom item is ordered we will let you know in advance and your payment will not be processed until the item is ready to ship.
We typically ship using Purolator, UPS or FedEx but if you have any special requests please feel free to contact us.
Items and cartons are inspected prior to shipping and any damage should be reported to us immediately.
We will not ship items using any method that does not allow the carton to be tracked electronically.
Return Policy
Most items at Candent can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days, from date of receipt and are subject to inspection and evaluation.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges involved in receiving the product and returning the product, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Items may be subject to a 15% - 25% restocking charge to be evaluated on a case by case situation
We cannot accept returns on CD, DVD or VHS material, and dental models which have been used for practice, or opened.
Return period for Dental replacement teeth and unused Dentoform's is 7 days ONLY on products that have not been used.

Privacy Policy
At Candent, we are all customers as well and understand the need for privacy of all of your information, sensitive or not. We do not sell, share or in any way divulge your personal or financial information with any third party or outside organizations. We do not have any outside partnerships or relationships which would involve your information ever leaving our premises.
The checkout process for our store is encrypted and most orders are checked manually before order processing.
